any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide
a replacement, an exchange,or a refund. Exchange & Adjustment Policy
At Anjolee, we are happy to make adjustments to your order i.e. sizing or length changes.
If you need to make length adjustments such as adding or removing links, we will apply
the necessary charge (for additional links) or apply a credit refund (for links removed).
You will need to speak with an Anjolee representative in order to arrange for a payment
of the additional links and/or stones. In addition, if you prefer to exchange your item
for something else, please contact us to arrange for a replacement item. After speaking
with an Anjolee representative, you can place a new order on the website and send back
the original order. You will be credited back a full refund as soon as the returned item
is received at Anjolee.
How long does it take to receive a credit for a returned item?
After we receive the returned item, it takes between 1 and 5 days to complete the return
process. A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 1 to 5 business days.
All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle
for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:
| 1 | Contact Customer Service at Toll Free 877-ANJOLEE (265-6533) to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted for refund. |
| 2 | Secure your item(s) and all the original packing materials, including, the packing slip and the diamond certificate if appropriate, in a plainly wrapped cardboard box. Please write the Return Authorization number on your packing slip for our reference. |
| 3 | If the Total amount on your invoice is: More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, UPS or FedEx. Please insure for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Anjolee (FedEx® and UPS® can insure merchandise over $500). The item MUST be received at Anjolee WITHIN THIRTY(30) DAYS from the date of shipment of the order
from Anjolee. Any items received after (thirty) 30 days from the shipment date will not be accepted
for refund. Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged.
Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
Our laboratory will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return.
The original Anjolee security tag must still be on the item in order for refunds to be processed.
Anjolee will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping**, handling and insurance charges.
** If an order shipped is defective, then Anjolee will reimburse the total
purchase amount INCLUDING the shipping and handling charges.
* All sales outside of the U.S. are final and not returnable.
* Anjolee will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
