any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide

How long does it take to receive a credit for a returned item?
After Anjolee receives the return item, it takes about 1-2 days until
customers will see the credit on the credit card statement. We usually process
returns the same day we receive the items back.

To return or exchange an item Please follow the following instructions:

1.	Call Anjolee customer service at 877-ANJOLEE (265-6533) to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted for refund.
2.	Secure your item(s) and all the original packing materials, including, the packing slip and the diamond certificate if appropriate, in a plainly wrapped cardboard box. Please write the Return Authorization number on your packing slip for our reference.
3.	If the Total amount on your invoice is: Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.* More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, UPS or FedEx. Please insure for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Anjolee (FedEx® and UPS® can insure merchandise over $500).
4.	Mail Package to: Anjolee 2371 Fenton St. Chula Vista, CA 91914

The item MUST be received at Anjolee WITHIN THIRTY(30) DAYS from the date
of shipment of the order from Anjolee. Any items received after (thirty) 30 days
from the shipment date will not be accepted for refund.

Our laboratory will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return.
Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item.
The original Anjolee security tag must still be on the item in order for refunds
to be processed. Anjolee will refund the full cost of the item
EXCLUDING shipping**, handling and insurance charges. Refunds will be made using
the mode of payment used in the original purchase.

** If an order shipped is defective, then Anjolee will only reimburse
shipping and handling up to a max of $15.

Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn
and undamaged. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted
for refund.
