Anjolee introduces the unique opportunity to design your own jewelry and have it manufactured according to your specifications. Simply submit your jewelry design (sketch or picture) by emailing service@anjolee.com. Once received, Anjolee will contact you to discuss the design and clarify any questions about your jewelry.
		An Anjolee representative will call you to discuss the specifics of your jewelry design. They can answer any questions you have about making your item in addition to provide you with the cost to produce your order. At this time, we will collect a $200.00 (non-refundable fee) for the computer generated illustration we will be giving you as described in Step 3.
	We take your specifications and create a digital illustration of your design in a 360 degree view. Any modifications to your design will be reviewed and made during this step. If adjustments to the design are made, a second sample will need to be generated to reflect the changes you indicated. Please allow 3 business days for the creation of the digital illustration.
			Once you approve your electronic sample, an Anjolee representative will contact you to review the pricing options. Please note, the cost of the product will vary depending on the complexity of the design, gold/platinum metal weight, diamond quantity and diamond quality. We will collect a full payment at this time. Please note it takes 7 business days to manufacture a custom item once it has been approved.
	Once your jewelry order is complete and ready for shipping, we will send you an email with your tracking information. All orders are shipped fully insured and sent via FedEx Next Day Air.
Return Policy: Anjolee offers a 30-day return policy on all customized orders. Please note, all custom built orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
