We verify all credit card payments with a courtesy phone call within 2 business days of your order.
A debit card is treated differently than a credit card by your bank. Although a debit card may appear
much like a credit card in that it may display a credit card company logo, like Visa or MasterCard, there
are important differences from a credit card. A charge to your debit card uses funds directly from your
bank account. The biggest difference is that your bank may institute a daily charge limit on your debit
card. If the price of your order exceeds a daily limit set on your debit card we will notify you, as this
will prohibit us from processing your order.
| ||PayPal: Use your personal PayPal account to pay for your order. After you add your product to the|
shopping cart, you will see an option to pay with PayPal. Selecting that option will direct you to
PayPal’s website where you will need to login and complete the purchase. You will then be redirected
to Anjolee’s order confirmation page. Anjolee requires that all PayPal orders must be verified through
PayPal's system. To fulfill this, you must have a credit card on file with PayPal. If you have any further
questions about verifying your account with PayPal please contact them directly.
| ||Bill Me Later: Do you want to buy now and pay later? Now you can choose Bill Me Later® to fund|
your PayPal purchases and have flexibility when you pay your bill. Anjolee partnered with Bill Me Later®
to offer the payment option similar to a layaway plan. Simply select PayPal as your payment choice on
Anjolee. Once logged on to your PayPal account, choose the Bill Me Later® option. For complete terms

| ||Bank Wire: Anjolee offers you the opportunity to pay via bank wire transfer and receive an|
additional 1.5% discount. When adding your product to the shopping cart, select the Bank Wire
option and follow the instructions. After you place the order, we will contact you via email or phone
and provide you with our bank account information and wire instruction. Once we receive the funds
for your order, we will start manufacturing and ship it to you within 4 business days.

only after the checks have been received and cleared in our bank.

When mailing your check, please include the following information: Your name, phone number,
shipping address, email address, Anjolee's item number, quantity, and all product configuration
details (metal type, carat, diamond quality, etc).
Anjolee is incorporated in the state of California and is required to collect State tax only on orders shipped to
addresses in California. If your order is shipped to any other state, sales tax will not apply. California State tax
rates are calculated based on the shipping address and will vary depending on the zip code. In order to know
your exact tax rate and amount, you will need to add your product(s) to the shopping cart and complete the
billing and shipping information. You will be able to review the tax dollar amount and rate before you make
Customer Information Verification
Anjolee verifies all orders before shipping as a courtesy protection of our users and to prevent stolen credit cards
from being used. An Anjolee representative will call you to verify the phone number is valid and ensure you are
the rightful owner of the credit card entered. If the phone number you provided at time of order does not match
what the credit card company has on file for you, we will call you to obtain the correct number. If we cannot
reach you or we find the number is not valid, your order may be temporarily placed on hold. We will typically
call you during normal business hours. If we cannot get through to you on the phone, you may receive an
email requesting a valid phone number and time when you can be reached.

Since we manufacture all jewelry items based on your specifications, we require 3 business days for
manufacturing. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the tracking number of the package.
Anjolee is proud to offer FREE FedEx® shipping on all orders within the United States.
- FREE FedEx 2Day - All orders under $500.
- FREE FedEx Priority Overnight - All orders $500 and above.

- Insures and registers all items for their full value.
- Uses FedEx to ensure safe delivery of your order.
- Requires that all deliveries must be made to a physical business or home address only.
Anjolee does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
- Requires an adult to sign for the package.
- Sends the FedEx tracking information to the email address you provided at the time of your order,
once the item has been shipped, so you can track when your package will arrive.
- Signature Requirements: We require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have
from FedEx®. These requirements are for our customers’ protection. If you would like to arrange delivery
to a FedEx® location, call one of our customer service agents at 877-265-6533 prior to receiving your
shipping confirmation email. Please have your order number available when you call.
Insurance: All orders placed on Anjolee are sent fully insured.

Anjolee International Shipping:
Anjolee is proud to offer shipping to many international destinations around the world. However, due to shipping
carrier and insurance restrictions, we cannot ship to all countries. In the event that we are unable to ship to your
country, we will inform you immediately. Approved International orders enjoy the same product selection, pricing
and styles as well as Anjolee's 30-Day Returns Policy.
The fee for International Priority shipping is a flat rate of $150.00. We can accept PayPal or Bank Transfer
payments only for all International Orders. Please note that Anjolee does not accept foreign credit cards
(issued outside of the United States and Canada). If you place an order through PayPal for an International
order, you will receive a separate request through PayPal for the $150 shipping fee. Anjolee will not ship any
International orders until this fee has been paid.
Duties and Taxes: For International Orders (shipped outside of the United States), it is important to note
that the customer is responsible for any customs tax or duties which may or may not apply depending
on the country. The customer must pay any additional charges for customs clearance, if applicable. Anjolee
has no control over customs fees and therefore cannot provide an estimate of their cost. Furthermore, since
customs policies vary from country to country; it is best that you contact your country’s customs office
in order to be fully informed.
Anjolee reserves the right to refuse any international order per our discretion. If you have any questions
about our International Shipping policies, please contact an Anjolee representative at email@example.com.
Comparison buying refers to the act of buying multiple items, keeping the item you like best, and then returning
the remainder. This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly. In an effort to
keep our prices low, Anjolee discourages comparison buying. For questions about any of our products, including

assist you with your inquiry.
Alternative Shipping Addresses:
We understand that jewelry is often given as a gift or for a special occasions, so we are extremely flexible
in order to make sure we keep this a wonderful surprise. We can ship your order to an alternate address such
as your workplace in order to maintain this surprise. Simply enter an alternative SHIP TO address in the shopping
cart portion of the checkout process.
