What makes our process environmentally safe?
We recycle all materials preventing any unnecessary
toxic discharge to the environment. Our entire process
is green starting with extreme regulations on our waste
recycling process. We collect all the waste and filter it
so only clean discharge goes back to the environment.

Our Unique Manufacturing Process:
Order Received
An Anjolee order is received and reviewed by the processing team.
Wax Production Team
The order is then sent to the wax production team. Each jewelry design has it‘s own
rubber mold for making replicas. The wax department injects liquid wax into the rubber
mold where it will cool off rather quickly and then the wax is removed. A wax tree
is used to hold all the cooled wax molds. Every wax tree is designed for a specific
gold metal type and karat.  |  | Casting Department
After the tree setup is complete; the casting department takes over and pours liquid
investment over the entire wax tree. Multiple molds are worked on at the same time
to make the best use of time and energy. After the investment hardens, the casting
team puts the cylinder inside an oven. Trees stay in an oven overnight while the wax
evaporates leaving only the investment. The investment is removed from the oven,
and waits until the cylinder cools off. At the same time, pure gold and metal alloys
are mixed to create the desired metal type and color. They melt this so the gold
becomes pure liquid. Liquid gold is then poured into the cylinder to form the jewelry.
Once the gold solidifies inside the cylinder, the casting team breaks the investment
open and recovers the tree. The wax tree is completely gold. The tree is sent to the
cutting team where all the links are carefully cut off the trees'. The trees stem is melted
and re-used for future castings. After links are cut and sorted, they are separated
for the various orders. 
Assembly Department
The links are then transferred to the assembly department where they put the links
together tightly. The assembly team will verify that the number of stones is correct
based on the customer’s order and confirm that the desired length or size is correct.
Jewelry Department
The assembled links are transferred to the jewelry department where they are soldered
together. Any locks needed are attached as well as any last minute filing or touch ups
on the item. 
Polishing Department
The polishing department takes over and conducts cleaning, final touch ups and polishing.
Each stage in the polishing process has a quality control check to make sure the prior
steps were completed properly.
Diamond Setting
The jewelry is then transferred to the diamond department. The diamonds have
already been pre-sorted for the piece they are going to be a part of. The stone
setter puts the stones in. Our professional stone setters are carefully setting
each diamond to ensure security and to make sure the links are not compromised.
Then the piece is transferred to the polishing department again. 
Quality Control
The piece goes through quality control where each piece is thoroughly examined
and the metal quality is looked at. Additionally, the assembly, sturdiness of lock,
and clasp is inspected to make sure the piece all components are functioning
properly. The piece goes back to the production manager for secondary inspection.
If it passes both of the quality inspection steps it is transferred to the shipping
department where it is securely packed and shipped to the customer.
To complete the shipping process, the item is packed inside a deluxe wooden
box and an email notification is sent to the customer confirming it was shipped.
