If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange. All customized orders can be returned for full refund within 30 days of receipt.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:
|1||Contact Customer Service at Toll Free 877-ANJOLEE (265-6533) to obtain a Return Authorization number. Our jewelry consultants are available to speak with you Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST. Packages without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted for refund.|
|2||Secure your item(s) and all original packing materials, including a copy of your customer receipt and diamond certificate if applicable, in a plainly wrapped cardboard box. Please write the Return Authorization number on your packing slip for our reference.|
|3||Please insure the return for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Anjolee. The US Postal Service – Registered Mail™ service can insure merchandise up to $25,000. If you wish to use FedEx® or UPS®, please contact these companies directly and inquire about their shipping and insurance rates. Anjolee will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.|

Size or Length Adjustments After Purchase
Anjolee is the original manufacturer of all products shown on Anjolee. Making size or length adjustments is possible for all jewelry products and we’ll be happy to do this for you. Contact us if you like to schedule a complementary length/size adjustment to any order.
Bracelet / Necklaces Length Adjustments - If you need to make length adjustments such as adding or removing links, we will apply the necessary charge (for additional links) or refund (for links removed). You will need to speak with an Anjolee representative in order to arrange for a payment of any additional links and/or stones.
Ring Size Adjustments – If the ring you purchased from us is either too small or too big, you may send it back to us for adjustment. We will make the necessary adjustments and send the ring back to you – free of charge.
Pendant Chain Adjustments – Anjolee offers 3 chain sizes: 16, 17, and 18 inch lengths. If you need to change your pendant’s chain length, you may send us just the chain or the chain with the pendant still attached. We will adjust the length and send the chain back to you – free of charge.
If you prefer to exchange your item for another Anjolee product, please contact us. The item must be in its original condition and the exchange request made within 30 days of receipt of the item from Anjolee. After speaking with an Anjolee representative, you can place a new order on the website and send back the original order. You will be credited back a full refund as soon as the original item is received at Anjolee. Please note if a customer orders one item and exchanges it, there will be no restocking fee. If a customer orders more than one item, there will be a 15% restocking fee on all items except on the first one.
Ordering Multiple Items
If a customer orders one item and returns it, there will be no restocking fee. If a customer orders more than one item, there will be a 15% restocking fee on each item returned. By the way of example, if a customer orders two items or more (in one more transactions/orders),keeps one and returns the rest, there will be a 15% restocking fee on each item returned. This policy was put in place to discourage customers from ordering multiple items for comparison purposes. The practice of comparison shopping increases our costs and will result in higher prices. Once your return order is received at Anjolee, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure it is in its original condition. Once approved, we will issue your refund minus the restocking fee to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, or bank wire transfer).
How long does it take to receive a credit for a returned item?
After we receive the returned item, it takes between 1 and 5 days to complete the return process. A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 1 to 5 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
The item MUST be received at Anjolee WITHIN THIRTY(30) DAYS from the date of receipt of the order from Anjolee. Any items received after (thirty) 30 days from the shipment date will not be accepted for refund. Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
Our laboratory will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. The original Anjolee security tag must still be on the item in order for refunds to be processed. Anjolee will refund the full cost of the returned item. If an order shipped is defective, Anjolee will also reimburse you for the shipping charges that apply to send the order back to us.
Returning an item that was purchased with an IGI Certificate:
Anjolee issues a free Certificate of Authenticity for each diamond jewelry order. Anjolee allows you to add to your order and purchase a third party certificate from the International Gemological Institute (IGI). Purchasing a third party IGI jewelry certificate is an optional feature. The exact cost of the certificate is shown while customizing each product, on the shopping cart, and on your invoice. Note that Anjolee does not refund the cost of the certificate in case of a return.
Returning a ring that was engraved:
If you order a ring with the optional engraving service, note the fee for engraving will not be refunded in the case of a return.
Returning a bracelet with charm:
If you order a bracelet with the optional engraveable charm, note the fee for the charm will not be refunded in the case of a return.
